Global in outlook since its inception, Choiseul has developed a strong presence in two strategic regions.
Since 2014, Choiseul Africa has been building a powerful network of leaders from across the continent, analysing business environments and local trends, and hosting exclusive high-level events in economic diplomacy and business networking—regularly in Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire, and occasionally across the continent.
Since 2022, Choiseul Middle East has been forging bridges between France, Europe, and institutional and economic stakeholders in the Gulf region.

From its beginnings in the 1990s, the Choiseul Institute—then the European Institute of Geoeconomics—established itself as France and Europe’s leading think tank on the geoeconomic approach to international relations and power dynamics.
